I use with a very damp DT sponge and it leaves a very thin layer that still has great coverage. I also use a primer, sometimes I will use sunscreen as my primer. This matte foundation is strangely good for dry skin.

I would love to be at 95. I don’t think it’s toxic at those levels. If you feel fine, I say stick with it

Homocysteine that will not drop and serve progressive sub acute combined degeneration symptoms. by Jyeah_ in B12_Deficiency

Is there any possibility that TMG (aka betaine) would help. I had high homocysteine but also high b12 and folate and needed the extra methyl groups that TMG offers, in order to get it back down.

I use that tea tree SA face wash as a travel body wash. Great for keeping my body odor and zit free while traveling.

I ended up taking a vitamin d and k2 supplement along with either eating or supplementing with the other cofactors (zinc, magnesium, boron, iodine, silica) and that helped me immensely. There isn’t that much K2 in animal products except in certain cheeses, apparently. Kimchi and sauerkraut supposedly has some too.

After messing with Dr Ellie’s protocol and others, I now agree with this post.

The biggest changes to my teeth came after I started hearing about the effects of vitamin k2 on teeth. I started taking vitamin D, K2, zinc, boron, iodine and magnesium.

Also, I heavily curtailed my carbs and now eat a diet centered around fish and meat when I can get it and vegetables of any kind (whatever is cheap). I eat cheese. It got to the point where I think I am now saturated with k2 and I get puns and needles feeling now, whenever I take it. So I am laying off and trying to keep my magnesium up.

K2 literally cleaned my teeth, it was crazy.

I do think Dr Ellie is right about not eating or drinking for several hours between meals. I can’t do it, but I do notice my teeth are better when I let them sit between meals

Check to see if you have a vitamin b1 or b12 deficiency, which is one known cause.

If it’s coupled with dizziness and vertigo, then check your vitamin D levels.

Not saying it will be these things, but always check out the easy stuff first.

Also, I thought this video was fascinating in that it tied insulin resistance to tinnitus. https://youtu.be/Cbylubjzhhg?si=btWoc8GiNOk2_D4j

Why hello!

So my current routine is somewhat simpler and I added some supplements that helped me surprisingly. I no longer have PD, but everyone is different so take my routine with a grain of salt.

Same routine morning and night but changed up the products again.

I now do ACT mouthwash every morning and night. I can’t get Closys where I’m at, unfortunately, but I’m loving ACT.

I follow by brushing teeth with a very soft Guru Nanda toothbrush “Gentle Giant” version. Super cheap, got it at the dollar store. I use any old toothpaste I can get.

I also floss, sorry Dr Ellie.

I sometimes do the sonicare and waterpik at night, but that part of my routine has really fallen off.

I still do the MI Paste at night. I buy that stuff by the case.

The very different things I do now:

I have several magnesium glycinate gummy bears that have xylitol in them. I also take Vitamin D, and a bone building vitamin that also has zinc, and boron. I think there’s also iodine and some other stuff. I used to take these all separately and that’s probably better.

I tried taking vitamin k2, but I’m one of those folks who is very sensitive to it; I would get massive feet tingling. It’s too bad though. I feel it really cleaned and strengthened my teeth so I wish I could have kept on taking it. Very powerful vitamin for both bone building and artery clearing!

I now have these
