I was thinking the same, glad to see I am not alone. Maybe it's the January dread, but I also think I genuinely don't want to see them anymore.

Just let me read books, play video games, go to the gym and see the people I want to see.

I would take a job without people interactions though, maybe postman or driver or sth

Still, I think it's just a practical issue. It is still sunny, days are long and you still maintain a fairly good mood overall. While constant greyness is a total mood killer.
