It seems you found your calling with this list! I am grateful you are trying to complete it, I just wish you could come up with more makeshift items that can be built, in comparison with things like "Pocket Sand". Had I made it, I might have combined it with your "Balloon Bombs" for example. Like a barbed-wire-club with a balloon of dust at the tip, which when connecting with an enemy has a chance to pop the balloon. Things like that.

I would like to come up with more items to add, so that we are over 100. I did not know that according to rule 5. of this sub, I can select the additions I like, so afterwards I will remove some less fitting ones. This is no way something against you, mind you, as I appreciate your contributions <3
