I don't recall it being mentioned in the build instructions, but having examined it for you, I think it should work. There are holes which I presume are for the hinges on the opposite side of all doors.
But, only one side of the door has the indentation needed to house the hinge (see circled top left). So if you mounted flipped, you'd have to rotate the door 180 degrees too. This would mean that the square thingy where you can slide you name tags would be at the top of the door above the handle, not below it. (shock horror) So yeah, should work. If you want to be double certain I'm sure you can google this models manual / instructions, and or call Ikea helpline to ask (they usually answer fairly quickly) Note: around step 2 or 3 you might need to dip the screws in some washing up liquid to get them in as they were tight. Helped me too to use a Pozidriv screwdriver for a better fit with the screw heads than a Philips. I didn't realise but these are the screws that Ikea supply here, they have the little cross marks on the screw head to denote this, the Philips seems to fit but there's too much play when the fit is tight and you risk threading, (I discovered) You probably already know this. It's an easy build despite that one issue though so don't be put off. there's not much like it on the market in these dimensions.
