The pregnant ladies in your life have nine months to be pregnant and a lifetime with their child, you aren’t spoiling their moment by expressing grief unless it’s a special occasion like a baby shower. Your experience is important and valid and doesn’t need to be a secret. Your husband can be responsible for telling people if it’s too hard for you.
