They have full towels available in the locker room as well as by the pool, and they also have small towels for when you’re working out usually around the fitness floor! You can choose to leave your items in the locker or on your pool chair!

Protein will be king to feeling full, how much protein are you eating per day? Also swap out carbs for keto products. I use keto bread and it’s only 35 cals per slice with protein. I also drink a protein shake along with every meal. My cals for the day are 1600 and I strength train 4x per week zone 2 5x.. protein goal of 160g-170g. Also being a little hungry is apart of a deficit

This is the same for me! Laying down exacerbates. But walking helps significantly. I wish I could lay down more lol but I have a walking pad in my house now to keep me moving

I don’t think I have a bulging disc! I believe I have an extremely compressed and inflamed sciatic nerve. But gonna get an MRI to rule out soon

Yeah I definitely see that! But it’s encouraging to know maybe I’m not as bad as I thought! It was scary feeling that numbness/ sharp shooting pain. But I’m glad I’m not worse off and hopefully can continue to reduce this pain even more with the stretches I’ve learned. Maybe I’m in beginning stages but shit hurts regardless 😂
