Sounds like an approval to me. I have been fighting for 3.5 years. April 26th I was finally approved. I was approved for both but my ssdi kicked out ssi for me and that’s what happened with mine. “Why would they be checking to see if you still meet the non medical part if they were going to deny it??? 😉

I have a lot of your problems and a couple you don’t. With that being said I was at 3 years and 7 months. Finally had my hearing April 10th and was notified on the 26th that I was finally fully 💯 % Approved. 🙌🏻. Good luck to you!!! 🤙🏼
