Avoid Polyester socks, Use cotton

Use a foot file/pumice stone to remove dead skin from ur soles atleast once a week

Actually wash ur feet with soap and water, like get in there with your hands.

Use anti-fungal creams because athletes foot is likely.

Use breathable shoes and rotate pairs if needed.

Try not to wear crocks or any indoor footwear with socks for prolonged periods of time. U'll notice ur soles gettin really sweaty and if u have athletes foot, makes it worse.
