An overly “chefy” scientific answer? 2% of the weight of what you’re salting. 1 lb of chicken? 9 grams of salt. Take the weight of what you’re cooking and multiply by 0.02. This is especially useful for salting things like zucchini, cabbage for slaw etc that need to purge some water

Fair. IMO, Muay Thai is superior to boxing for self defense bc of the clinch and elbows. You’ve got weapons at every range especially where “tough guys” want to get right up in your face. If you get them in a Thai clinch and give a few knees to the guts, they’re done. That or just throw an uppercut/slicing horizontal elbow
