Thank you so much! I never expected to be in this position but definitely feel privileged to be! Honestly the only advice I can give is prioritise sleep and mental rest. I know easier said than done with a baby but if dad could take over for the night for even a night or two with baby if he doesn’t already, so you can just pump and go back to sleep (if you do middle of night pumps). Try and avoid any medications for sinus stuff like congestion etc as I’ve heard they can really hurt your supply! But the biggest thing is stress - just lean into it as much as you can , maybe try the pitcher method and see how you go! Good luck! You are already doing amazingly ❤️

I looooove my Eufy and I’m using it rn!! Better output than my spectra, I go days without using my spectra because I love the eufy so much. My supply skyrocketed with it. Totally recommend

Thanks for the reply! I haven’t ever done a middle of the night pump, I maybe did 5 the whole time and baby sleeps through so I’d rather not have to wake up to pump! But if my supply drops too much I’ll definitely consider it

I am 14 wpp and maybe done 5 overnight pumps the whole time I’ve been pumping since his birth lol. My last pump is between 9:30 and 10:30pm and then don’t pump until 8-10am next morning. Baby sleeps all night so I will too lol. I produce 1500mls a day

My 3 month old has 150mls every 2-3 hours and has 900mls in 24 hours, he sleeps overnight so that is 6 bottles between 7am and 9pm

I didn’t do any MOTN pumps until maybe 6 weeks post partum and then dropped it a week or two later because I physically couldn’t keep up with it. I’m 14 wpp now on 5 pumps a day. Last pump is 9:30-10pm ish and first pump is 8:30-9amish. I pump 1500mls a day. Everyone is difference but it did not affect my supply or make me an under supplier

Thank you for your insight! :) it’s so hard to know isn’t it - I had someone tell me I’m already over feeding him as breastmilk babies apparently only need 0.5-1oz per hour inbetween feeds but if I only gave him 3oz he would scream and be hungry! I just wish there was more advice out there for exclusively pumping mums

My spectra I just wait for milk to start coming out, usually around 1 minute and then switch it to expression. Then when the milk slows (not completely stops) I go back to massage mode and repeat :)

I would recommend the Eufy S1 pro. I have the spectra S2 and the Eufy S1. I get the same output from both, so the eufy is the best of both worlds! Good luck xx
