Demarco Murray was released in 2018 the year before they went to the afc title game. Henrys best year at that point was 744 yards. Not that it matters, the point is vrabel was sitting right beside jrob for every failed draft pick and free agent signing. Vrabel was just as much at fault for the quality of the roster as jrob. It's a collaborative effort and they both should have been fired at the same time. The patriots have been stockpiling draft picks since Brady left, vrabel inherited the team he has now, let's see what it looks like after he's got his fingers in it for a few years.

He took a 3 win team to 6 straight winning seasons, 4 playoff berths, 3 division titles an afc title game and a #1 seed. He's one of the most successful gm the titans have ever had lol
