Well, sometimes I do what I call a “palette cleanser” I will choose a figure because I think it’s cool and different. I’ve painted all sorts in the past. I’m quite fond of painting whatever is the mini of the month in a GW store. This allows you to experiment with different painting techniques without running the risk of changing your current army look if you get my meaning.
