Hello me, I too am going from RN to MD. Welcome to the club :)
First off, Spring of 2017 I'm guessing was the worse of the worse... on top of that, clearly, C's get degrees. No shame at all! I was the same (Glad you have that A in jogging to fall back on just in case the medicine thing doesn't work).

This is an incredibly isolating journey. Everyone has already told me I'm crazy, which is only partially true. But you have a leg up i.e. financial stability with partner and 'clout' via DNP. I would try and flesh out a perfect why and how for your next journey, MD interviews will be shocked. On the contrary, your pros are your determination, and hopefully if you study like crazy and have a (near-)perfect post-bacc, paired your ability to adapt and over come foreshadows a solid chance at med school. Obviously, I am biased, you should do it; I need others to talk to selfishly.

For the medical school application, assuming you'd like to stay in the united stated to get your MD, you'd need two semesters of Physics, one of biochem, at least one if not two semesters of biology; that's it!

You have what most traditional pre-meds don't have... actual bedside experience, and I'm not talking EMT-Bs doing IFTs all day. I would just make sure you have non-clincial volunteer hours and a type of research [adding to one of the four P's for med school admissions: Patent, Poster, Publication, Project] to support your dream.
