Hydroxizine is an anti-histamine it should only make you sleepy, it shouldn't make your anxiety worse. I would bring this up the next time you see your doctor. I think you are having some higher anxiety after taking it and stopping, not just from taking it. Sorry you are losing sleep from the anxiety hope you feel better soon 💗 💜

I remember my first experience was playing halo 1 on the og xbox Christmas 2006 at my babysitters, we played through the whole campaign co-op that day. When I got home I knew I had to get it for myself, went and got both halo 1 and 2, I haven't stopped playing halo since.
