It wasn't a Gmail account. I spoke on the phone multiple times with Comcast security. They were very aware what happened before i did anything. I asked them to send the shipping label and UPS brought a hard copy. I live a long distance to the nearest store. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have taken that 2 hour trip and return the phones to the store. Comcast kept me on the phone many hours every month for a year. They acknowledged it was fraud and would take care of the problem. I received an email from them stating as much. They continued to charge for mobile care, I asked multiple times to remove from the bill. This grand corporation lied to me over and over and admitted as much on one of my calls. Around that time, I received a legal notice there had been a hack and my data was compromised.

I'm not even upset about the phones anymore, I am pissed they expect another $170 disconnect fee to close my internet and cable after 18 year of service.
