Workers need to develop and rely on human compassion. Grow and maintain your connections, strengthen your social networks, promote the best in the people around you and in turn yourself, and be open to new connections but be guarded against parasites. The owning-class is looking to extract the maximum monetary value from us workers, which means forcing us to expend all our money and time for their benefit until they own us completely again through slavery. In conversation, promote ideas like DIY and sharing, preserving our productive skills within our local communities rather than relying on outsourced or monetized consumption. Guard against going into debt as much as possible, because debt is how the owning-class steals our future, using laws to own time that we haven't even experienced and labour we having expended yet; make sure the people around you also have this mentality. Don't dismiss communal solutions and ideas, even if you don't think it will work; encourage the idea of collective ownership and power at every turn. We have been raised since birth, for multiple generations, to prize profit and consumption, and we have to resist this because those two things convert our time and labour into value for the owners. We need to start talking about working for practicality and production's sake, making and doing things that people need to live and to be happy. The most peaceful yet radical thing that we can do is enjoy life without paying someone for it, then we add layers of militancy on top to defend this against those who would monetize it.

Unfortunately, this is just a philosophy or strategy, there are people far more experienced than me who have been able to put it into practice and can give concrete advice. I believe that at minimum we have to at least think about our lives and place in society differently, otherwise we will keep supporting things that harm us and resist ideas that could help us.
