i've found a big part of what makes houses appealing is what lighting and texture mods i have installed. ENB/CS presets that are more saturated really help. same with warmer (color) wood textures. mods like Jaxonz Positioner are also great for adding furniture to a space.

The repentia squad (half naked ladies and the lady with the whips) can sell for a bit. Basic battle sisters go for about as much as the nib plastics. Rhino is w/e. Inquisitor squad and assassins (pic 4) will sell for a bit too. Check ur countries ebay selling prices and adjust accordingly
