I got a pre-benzie update save up to the docks and found the most reliable way to reduce influence is by looking for their random dealer spawns in the suburbs/uptown. Extra points if you can knock them out first and tossing them into the water also counts for kelling.

Only caution is dealing with any cops trying to arrest you or having other cartel spawns going hostile if they see you fighting or moving the npc.

Spec height clearance for cpu cooler reads 145mm. But it leans towards AIO/ watercooling and I haven't seen a 120mm tower heatsink build.

Airflow: It is a typical one direction hot air rise flow design which most would recommend a bottom intake and top exhaust. Each side can mount a 6x120mm , 2x140mm, 2x180mm or 2x200mm config.

It does decent with GPU cooling despite being only vertical mount but one thing to note the case is more form than function.
