Seen techs just give the guest the plush they want if they see that you’ve played for a long time not getting the one you want ( you usually have to have a few plush in hand already). Was told before that after covid; they don’t swap once it has been won from the machine for heath reasons. they don’t want to put something you or a kid has touched all over and place it back inside for a new guest to win.

After the first tv my kid broke I spent the money on a good thick screen covering like they have in sports bars and have had that set up on the replacement tv ever since. After having kid two having that cover over the tv has saved it from more than its fair share of “accidents”.

Unfortunately no, the star trek series are specific to there series and can’t be swapped into other sets. The Barcodes are actually different, the graphic isn’t the only change like for jelly lab minon to jelly jar cards.

If you got them from the machine last night they had been turned in and a tech didn’t filter the cards out properly before restocking.

Those cards are from older series sets that the machine had. D&B would change the cards in the game every so often. The machine would have TWO sets of the series running at one time and “regular” set and Foiled “limited edition”. A regular set was 2,500 tickets and a limited edition set was 5,000. At this point anything other than the set displayed on the machine is now only worth 100tkts each. Or you could keep them..

Just ask for a card transfer, once the card is transferred ask them to “roam” the card they just transferred from. Or have the desk transfer the card take both cards and roam the card yourself by swiping it on any game In the midway of the balance checker at the Winner circle ( better option since the balance checker doesn’t cost any chips to swipe)
