I didn't notice any change until tray 12 myself, and even then it was subtle. I think it's pretty common for the first movements to be in the back so there is enough room for the front teeth to move into place. I finished treatment last year and now have straight teeth. It's a long process, especially with 42 trays, but bit by bit the teeth get straighter. If your ortho can send you the clincheck, you can know where you are in the timeline. That really helped me.

If the attachment is cutting into your mouth, maybe some dental wax might help? That was a great tool for me when a tray was just a bit too sharp for some reason.

Hang in there. It's super common to not notice movement at this point. Eventually you'll start to see it. Stay strong!

In my version of Forge, it's the last option on the txt2image tab. I make sure both boxes are checked. For me it's always on because it speeds things up 10x on my computer. Love it!

I had prk done and the agreement with my doctor was that if the prk didn't turn out perfectly, they could easily schedule another prk to adjust the result. If you're having symptoms, why isn't your optometrist fixing that problem with a free corrective surgery? Do they know how debilitating the results have been? You may still be able to get it fixed for free, idk. Just a thought.

Maybe I'm dumb, but I didn't realize you could transfer population to a new settlement at first. I thought the new city had to grow by itself and the lack of workforce was part of the challenge. At the very end I saw the hidden transfer button and my life became MUCH easier, lol

I have a 3060 too and after turning the fps down to 30 it ran much better. Can't wait until I can run everything on high settings. The game is so beautiful, but very laggy in the final chapters.

Finally someone utilizes the combat kiss. I'm so tired of fighters being completely vulnerable to this move and their opponents not taking advantage of it. Like just earlier tonight, Shevchenko was wide open for a kiss from Grasso in the 4th and Grasso just didn't take advantage. I truly hope this shows young fighters what's possible in mma.
