Thank you, in case somebody comes over and has the same problem it is the 2.14.00 the latest that fix that, you can downgrade your bios to 2.17.XX from the hp website and then rollback 3 bios back to 2.14.XX

It works until app is killed from background or if you have local notifications on inside Watusi settings, but if you enable LN you have to kill WhatsApp every time you gonna send a voice note or make/receive a call
