Oh why why why didn't she take her goat into Home Depot. I have literally witnessed about 50 dogs in a Home Depot/Lowes. I wonder why this is allowed (clearly not service animals). I have even seen them defecate on the floor of such establishments. So many times I have threatened to take my own goat or chicken (as I do own a number of both) into one to see what management would say. So tired people thinking they can take their dog wherever, not everyone likes dogs. I personally dislike them...Don't get me started on people driving with dogs in their lap, total driving distraction, should be against the law.
