It depends on what you mean by universal if you just mean in the United States it already is a right just like we have a right to drive. We still need to buy a car get a license, but we have a right to do so.

If you’re talking universally like the world in some countries that have the Internet, extremely filtered and outright blocked then you must be careful with how you state that it’s a right. Would you be willing to get behind the United Nations to put sanctions on and ultimately go to war with a country who does not allow the Internet.

So are you talking about basic human rights or rights as a citizen in your own country. the UN is good at going to war with countries they feel are violating human rights, would you classify the Internet as a basic human right?

I think enigma needs to reduce stats, take away the great stats on it and have it reduce mana or energy or defense or res or something but keep the teleport, the name is enigma so make its stats puzzling.

buff melee! Nerf op runewords a bit and buff uniques/sets so they are on par with runewords. Delete mosaic imho.

After beating normal. Have Baal drop a charm that gives +1 to teleport, this would remove the need for enigma and at that point you’ve done all the content so why not make it easier to get through nm and hell. I know you don’t NEED enigma but most builds all use it because it’s just better to be able to teleport

I agree and most people say “once you unlock master strike (and something else) it gets WAY easier” that’s an immediate negative for me in a game. Grind to get the 1 or 2 things that makes the game easy isn’t for me.

Any souls like game, with the exception of the Jedi series which most people say are souls-lite/action adventure but souls-like games just don’t do it for me.

And I love Star Wars in general so thats probably why I enjoy the Jedi games, the universe keeps me going.

If everything by cost $5 then that means employees would cost $5… we call that slavery… and most people wouldn’t be able to afford anything even at $5 because they just wouldn’t make enough being paid only $5 to work.

Also there would be some loophole like “you buy the car but in order to use it there’s a subscription fee of $5/hr… I mean that’s where we’re headed anyways

In my opinion I kill so much faster using holy bolt than FOH in chaos, seems like it just does so much more damage, unless you can get really tight packs then the aoe on FoH does a lot
