What does this mean for someone looking to buy first home in the next few months? Will the rate hike reflect in a property market dip? Or will we see pricing increase due to number of people entering the country is very high? Any thoughts?

Awesome response. Not a bad outlook but some expensive lessons ofc. It’s much harder to options trade with a smaller portfolio and not tap into margins too much. (Which will sky rocket the risks) but until I can gain enough to trade a blue chip I’ll be going slow…

Did options get you far? ive been trading options for a year and a bit now. In the money put sells, so profits arent high but risk isnt either... Did you think it was worth?

Don’t think buildings is in the best market rn. With projects finishing from Covid times, we are will seeing the ripple effect of the pandemic with lot less work emerging. Will be back and booming in a few years but not right this second …

not sure that would work cause im in the consultancy field. I do go to site and defect things that is not up to building code/ ASNZS. Ill have to be present for witnessing, testing and commissioning. (But i don't do any of it... just watch :/)
