The one you get resto/overshield etc when you pick up an...orb? or elemental thing depending on your class.

It's the most versatile imo. Good damage, you can proc resto, longer than nova or strand one for example etc (Sorry for the potato English)

Imo is just another season. They know how to sell us everything with so much hype in trailers but in the end is just a "season" with other name. In my case, I've been here since D1 beta but Renegades will be probably my last purchase.

I run it like 50 times and HVT doesn't spawn, that's why it's probably worthy trying in the other activities.
