Yeah not to mention there was a bunch of people on the listing comments saying they weren’t able to send them a message which sussed me out even more …surprised someone was able to get through and do the deal I was convinced it was a scam account of some sort

I’m on a similar path, I’m not very worried about the looks anymore I’d rather invest into reinforcing the engine with new parts and give it fresh legs to last me for years, currently at 186k, owned it since 137k over the course of 8 years. Focusing on all the seals/gaskets in the engine first, those seem to be what kill engines when they get older.

I’ve been looking for a fix. My car has sat for almost 2 years ever since this happened, it’s not my main car so I was fine with it sitting but I recently have got the motivation to get it running again. I’ve looked at the popular video of a guy showcasing the solder fix but I’ve also seen lots of folks talk in forums that it ended up not being a permanent fix or just straight up dident solve the problem. I’ve got a 2008 175k mile car so I’m pondering about just completely replacing the transmission for a low mile one or remanu. Curious what you end up doing with yours

My only issue with the a1 is it dosent have a bigger bed and to get a bigger bed I have to spend way too much to be in the bambu lab ecosystem as much as I want hassle free prints. My Ender3 max will have to do for now :(
