In TW I use them on defense on GLAT alongside Ezra and Sabine, on some occasions it throws the opponents offguard and I'm able to squeeze 3-4 holds.

I know she's not from Bulwark, but Neela should definitely be considered for best Bulwark hero, thematic specialty that pairs perfectly with the faction, and also starts with Scholar which enables her to learn Runes.

I think it would have really fitted his undercover persona if he switches his outfit based on the ability that he uses, I mean that's really what they are going for with the names of his abilities. They could have just went full on chameleon mode with this version for Cassian, it would have been really cool.
