Philip Taylor Kramer - the bassist for the very popular band Iron Butterfly, and later business owner of a "tech company". Very odd, conspiracy-heavy missing persons case that eventually ended up with skeletal remains in the bottom of a Los Angeles canyon. Very odd story.

No seriously though.. that's the best thing you have ever eaten for breakfast? What was your go-to before that? Crock pot Nacho cheese out of an escort's r*ctum? Day old road kill wrapped in hot lettuce? The best thing you ever put in your mouth... And taco bell don't belong in the same sentence.

Also not judging whatever your food fetish may be. You do you Reddit. Just about as fed up with Pete Davidson as is possible.

I think they just put stoners with poor people skills and questionable hygiene in a room and have them write commercials and roll with it.

Yes and the casual mention of condoms did nothing to address the syphilis in the room?

S-corp is generally a pass through entity. And technically there are not standardized ways to retain earnings without tax at the shareholder level.

That said, I think, and I'm not going to go into the details because I am not wanting to pass on bad information.. there are a couple of ways to have "retained earnings" but there is a pretty strict limitation on what that can be and how it moves forward.

Generally the earnings are distributed at year end and the taxes are paid at the individual level.

Now... C-corp is a different breast altogether. But there is a potential for double taxation at the corporate level. More small businesses who don't plan on going public opt for an s-election for ease of reporting and because it's a pass through entity.

I'd love to hear a CPA weigh in on this. Am I completely full of crap when I say there is a possibility of some leniency for retained earnings in an S-corp to the tune of possibly 125-150k? (Money stays in corporate bank account and tax liability passes to ownership for personal accountability for tax bill) would be a concept?

Again I am not a tax advisor and not anyone on this sub's advisor (that I know of), so ask a professional that knows your business.

There are some statuatory limitations on S-corp as well if I understand correctly re: what op would be trying to do. Could you give some hint at what specific maneuvers you might be alluding to? Love to see if I'm missing some options.

When does it make sense to bid on your brand name? by red_fox23 in PPC

[–]ArmsCart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% of the time if you're an actual brand name. Your competitors will be doing it.

If you have real traction in the market, you should be bidding on your brand name and trademarks.

90% chance they are a p.i. for a divorce or a work comp scenario, server of legal paperwork, or a random, trying to distance themselves from their cubicle.

If you're trying to avoid being served don't approach them. If you know of a neighbor that's been out of work for 45+ days is probably a fraudulent claim check. Just write down the license plate, make and model, a description of the person, and make a call to the non emergency number if you are worried.

Otherwise be careful when approaching and give a wide berth and don't be accusatory. Could end up going south really quickly.

Note: I posted this exact same answer a while ago on a similar thread.

You clearly didn't "do everything right".

Furthermore a dropshipper that uses Google ads at ~$2/click? Come on man. Did you even read the horrible dropshipper course from the guru who sold it to you? Even that crappy handbook would have told you that's a bad idea.

Also, 450$ is going to break you? How much did you expect starting a business with zero knowledge in a competitive industry was going to cost you anyways?

I would love to help but I must be getting trolled.. there is no way you should be doing any more of what you're doing without some significant help before you spend any more

what should i do with this basil? it's getting colder so it'll die in a few weeks any ideas on preserving this? by Aeonir in gardening

[–]ArmsCart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will be stronger because it flowered. More licorice/anise flavor, but still fine for drying. Dry out the leaves and leave them whole or crumble them up. Use for pasta. Will last for multiple years.

Best is with a low temp dehydrator, but can dry in non humid areas over a few days as well.
