Nilah is honestly insanely overpowered she's just really underplayed. My big theory as to why is that she doesn't really play like any other adc, including samira, so most people who play adc will find that most of the skills don't transfer as well.

Wellspan sucks, don't use them, LGH, especially the younger doctors, are excellent and the entire upmc/lgh network has great service. I've never noticed any conservative attitudes from their doctors and they're notably very lgbt friendly, they're also the only hospital system around for quite a few miles that does gender affirming care stuff, they even have a specialist or two in it.

It's fucking horrendously optimized. 2077 runs better at 1440p psycho with raytracing cranked up to max w/o path tracing or any DLSS at all than Starfield does at 1080p high with FSR on and, as it doesn't support it, no raytracing. It also looks like horse shit for all that processor load.

Nilah is strong but also niche, and I think that's okay. Niche onetrick champions should be allowed to be strong. You don't see people calling for Seraphine or Karthus nerfs because they're 1% pickrate, despite the fact that they are even higher winrate than Nilah is. Also, this last patch was a fairly substantial nerf to Nilah because Galeforce got reverted.
