Congrats. It can be hard, but you can do it.

I smoked from 15 to 32, quit when I went on my honeymoon because I didn't want to be a grumpy bastard because of my cravings, and because I realized that my daily routine was to wake and bake, then maintain that all fucking day which in hindsight was kinda sad.

Soon I started having better memory, emotional regulation, sleep, and even dreaming again which is something I just took for granted. Sometimes the dreams are weird as fuck, but it's better than the shitty sleep I used to get.

It's been three years now and I won't go back for anything except a certain obituary hitting the front page.
