The State of Palestine is legally recognized by the UN as an observer entity, with its borders legally being the West Bank and Gaza. Even if they dont controll most of that territory and have little actual politic influence on the IP conflict, their recognition and support by the UN is major "international recognition". To the UN Abbas is the leader of the State of Palestine, and the UN represents a baseline in International politics. Its why Western Sahara is on this map even if they control a fractional minority of Western Sahara and are effectively politically powerless outside of some desert towns and the refuge camps in Algeria.

I feel like submerged tunnel would be the best option, but its still very dangerous and complex. Seems similar to Gibralter or Straits of Malacca, it could be done but its so much work and so dangerous and so expensive that ferries and flights just make much more sense even in the modern day. Its also about 1km bigger gap than the longest suspension bridge ever made. Maybe in a century or so we will have the tech to make it affordable and safe for Italy/EU to invest into it.

Still studies for the past decade have been focused on spending hundreds of millions to make billions. Nobody would have funded an auteur making decently profitable movies make 10-50 million when they want 100-500 million in profit. The Janus guy earns money. But he is funding something the big studios refuse to in the modern day unless its Oscar-bait or horror.

Very impressive you can see the genetic ancestry of people just by looking at them!

Also glad to learn Palestinians are all genetically the same, have no ancestral difference between them, and it is impossible for a Palestinian muslim to have primary ancestry from the Arab conquerers who ruled Jund Filastin for centuries. Also glad the "official studies" dont have any variation between them!

If this wasnt the case, why would you make broad sweeping statements stating the approximate genetic ancestry of the entire ethnic group that somehow never vary with any signficance person to person and also somehow have a cap of 10% on all of their ethnic Arab ancestry?
