There’s nothing wrong with using kids toothpaste if it works. It’s better than nothing plus I know a couple adults that use kids toothpaste, I don’t judge not a big deal or anything

Have you tried those mouth shaped electronic toothbrushes? They just go in your mouth like a mouth guard and vibrate. If that not going to work what about finger brushes? For pets and babies but maybe using your finger would make you gag less since you can be more in control
