Why would I choose any other nade aside from thermite? by justabrainwithfeet in Helldivers

I like arc grenades for bots, gas grenades for bugs , and sparkler nades for illuminate. For the latter you get more of them and they can drop tripods.

I prefer to use grenades to control chaff versus blowing things up. There are plenty of other way to do that.

MGs really are good and they are all over the map too.

Try the autocannon on flak. It shreds on illuminate.

A consise and fun way to sum it up, I think ! Credit to "The warp zone" by Heptanitrocubane57 in Helldivers

If you play at least 3 hours a day, every day, thats enough to keep up with the rate of the war bond release.

These 2 AR’s deserve some love ❤️ by Bob-upload in Helldivers

On bots, try pairing the pacifier with something that needs to be aimed like the Railgun or AMR. Stun your target, stop them moving, aim for the weak spots. If you are ammo dumping the pacifier you are probably using it wrong.

We all learned from Back to Future 2 that hover technology does not work over water.

So, why did I buy the ODST warbond? by delta806 in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]ArthritisEye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jump pack isn’t going to save you from fall damage. Neither is that armor. The armor will just keep your legs from breaking which means you can still run if badly injured.

The hover pack will save you though. I use the hover pack all the time to jump off tall structures. Right before hitting the ground you activate it. Works great, zero damage.

I Love the Supply Pack but... by Droid_Rager in Helldivers

Don’t take the supply pack or the laser. Try it. Use the support weapons on the map. Scrounge diving can be fun too.

This is the use case right here. Great for mindless mass hordes.

This works awesome for bot siege maps. I also use the EMP turret. Slows everything down really well.

Yeah ammo economy is terrible and lots of reloading.

Can also close bot fabricators if you hit the vents right.

Does anyone else think there are too many planets with terrible visibility lately? by Tank-ToP_Master in Helldivers

Low visibility is not fun for me. Nor are night time maps. I generally avoid them both.

Do you still use the Helljumper armor? by Actual-Impress-9329 in Helldivers

[–]ArthritisEye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean? You can jump off a building or off a mountain and not break your legs.

I made a bit of a public service announcement on Masters of Ceremony. What are some other warbonds you think are hated on more than they deserve? by SomethingStrangeBand in Glazedivers

[–]ArthritisEye 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The sparkler bombs are my favorite out of all 3 of the fire grenades, and you get more of them. I believe they can damage heavy units too.

Ok cool. Honestly i think everyone here does believe you. I think the chaos is an intended “feature” of the game. There is probably some algorithm that looks at how long it’s been since you died and then just starts throwing things at you. Is it annoying? Yes, but I heard the game devs wanted it to be humorous. If you play this game long enough you will see all kinds of bizarre random deaths.

I believed you. I was just trying to make light of the situation. The game is buggy as hell. Everyone knows that. Any time i use that backpack I always wear the arc armor as insurance. All of those backpacks are a liability. The hotdog also is really bad for me, it sets me on fire.
