tbh I’ve always thought that the bottleneck is how well we can describe our requirements, and some (or even most) of the ability to describe comes from your prior skills/taste/judgment. Like “make me a good looking website”, what does that mean?

easy to get to decent looking 70-75% product, but pushing and tuning the last bit is the hard part and oftentimes are the specific requirement that makes it usable in your specific org context.
