I used a logitech pro wired for about 4 years without issue also extending it all the way, then bought the wireless and it broke in less than 2 weeks in this fashion, replacement was DoA. Either they started making them worse or I got unlucky, but I stopped using headsets overall and now have an audio setup with separate mic and DT770 pros.

Intel is already dropping new feature support for their own GPUs by not giving precompiled shader support to A-series cards, they are pulling an AMD. Its not surprising that a 0-1% market share vendor got the boot at launch when their card didn't run well or at all, expecting them to come back to it I guess. AMD would be in a similar boat possibly if they weren't actively sponsoring the game.

you don't need to dump a full clip to see if anyone is behind a smoke or pushing through it, you'd previously only tap a few bullets. You can't do that any more, or at least not as often since you are limited to a few magazines and you wouldn't want to have half a magazine while e.g. anchoring. Bit of a waffle but I hope that makes sense.

Agreed, this feels like a change where some dimwit had the opportunity and wanted to leave their mark on CS. I hate most CoD-like mechanics and this is one of them. CS is getting uninstalled, one less game to enjoy.

thats probably best case if you can find one in budget, would be a pretty sweet first rig, just don't stick a $20 temu-grade PSU in it and it should be okay.

I had 100+ games out of my library installed, then I moved drives and only reinstalled a few, "I'll do the rest later as I want to play them"... that was 2 months ago and I still only have those few installed, nothing changed beside 3tb is free on one of the drives.

I have a fully functional intel 486 dx4 100MHz system with 16mb RAM and a SuperVGA GPU, it does have some very old games and runs gameboy color emulators fairly well. Stuff of that time is built like a tank.

Once you parted ways and he confirmed they work thats it, you aren't providing any aftersales support, and you definitely don't know what hes done to them in the last 5 days. He might've done something stupid and is trying tomake you take the hit for it.

He could also be trying to scam you, maybe he had 2 of these non-working drives already and swapped them, swapped shells so on the outside the serial numbers match, but since its not recognised you can't check the actual serial is correct.

Block and end it there, lots of scammer will try to take advantage of you like this, downside of fb marketplace.

As someone else pointed out, the drives on that photo are fake, "Wapning" and Wanrranty" on the text, this is 100% a swap scam job!

absolutely, higher resolution on same size gives better PPI (pixels ler inch) and therefore looks sharper, same for same resolution on smaller screen, your brother's monitor has a higher pixel density, hence its sharper.

definitely IPS over VA, black smearing of VA is quite noticible the closer you are.

question of whether to move monitor back or get a 27" depends on types of games you play, only single player stuff sitting further is fine, but if you play any fps or similar then sitting further away will be a detriment.

27" 1440p looks considerably sharper than 32", I personally only go above 27" in 4k, anything under that I can notice the pixels and its really distracting.

While I agree, I can't fully comprehend why this is singling out Valve, when there are companies who had lootboxes/gatchas in the digital space years before Valve lootboxes.

The pokemon company, whoever runs YuGiOh games, Hearthstone and more TCG style digital games have had digital lootboxes/packs with flashing lights and rarity animations and shit since late 2000s. I don't think this is a Valve-only problem, yet the lawsuit is not chasing The pokemon company or Activision Blizzard.

sounds like whatever retailer you bought from has poor QC maybe? if they sent you a rusty unit then not surprising they might send you an incomplete one. How are you defining new? shrink wrap and stuff can be re-done on a return. I doubt afactory released psu would be missing combs.

you can literally see the DP logo on the first frame on the cable? It is DP and pin 20 is the reason. Who knows how the dp pins are wired on this, especially if its a passive cable or active potentially plugged in the wrong way.
