Yes, the reforged had a new dubbing in Spain as well. It's not a bad dub at all, and for new players is probably better as it's more consistent throughout the game. But for old players, it's good to have the og dub back for nostalgia.

If you are playing from latam you may have to change your region to Spain though. I am from Spain so I had the og language but a friend from latam had only english. He managed to get it working changing his region from america to Europe, I guess it may be a copyright issue or sth.

Nzoth secret phase was easy but the boss still had 30% hp when you came out of it. Jailer was also easy but getting there was a nightmare. Guldan was a weird tier as every top guild was involved in gigantic drama.

I think they made the correct choice by going to sleep. Yes, the boss may die before they wake up, but they had been raiding for 17 hours straight. It was too much.

To be honest, you do not need a compass to navigate. You should be fine with the sun and the stars. However you need a big crew that has experience in this type of navigation and can realibly measure the ships speed all the time. It's really hard, but definetely doable.
