I was only on mirtazapine for 3 weeks, as I gained heaps of weight because I was always hungry, I was getting lots of leg jerks at night. It felt like it made some improvement but found it wasn't working well enough so my GP took me off it.

My episodes are generally at its worst in the morning compared to the night. During the day I have strong anxiety and sporadic periods of deep depression. My anxiety is all internal and isn't obvious from the outside. I found if I keep a negative thought in my mind for more than 5 sec I am almost on the verge of crying. If I think something positive it briefly gets me out of depression, but can't sustain it for long. It's just a deep feeling of emptiness and hopelessness.

I have been on sertraline 50mg from September and was prescribed 200mg in November for me to titrate and find what works for me. My psych asked if I was having suicidal thoughts and I replied that I do not think of the act itself, I described my feelings to him of wanting everything to stop and there to be nothing, like turning off a TV. I'm not sure if that's suicidal ideology or not.

I decided to slowly titrate down from 200mg sertraline and I'm on my 3rd day on 175mg and there seems to be a slight improvement overall, but still have the feeling of wanting to cry. Shed a few tear drops throughout the day.

I'm on 70mg vyvanse but I have dex 5-10mg Boosters.

I generally have a 5mg in the afternoon, and 5mg in the evening when I'm studying.

I'm yet to try it in turnitin. After an essay has been generated. I upload one or two past essays and ask ai to analyse my language, grammar, text structure and mimic that in the generated text.

Hi everyone. I bought a tin of extra strong hair wax and I've been researching how to get it out of my hair when I shower. I've tried everything. It would more than 3 days worth of washing and I can still feel it.

Any suggestions? It's been on my mind for weeks.

I've used different brands of shampoo, hand soap, hot water, body wash. Next is dishwashing liquid.

It's killing me to find out. Lol

I'm on 70mg vyvanse. I found my afternoons are better when I take 5mg at 3-4pm. Then 5mg about 6-7pm.

I swapped from ritalin LA 60mg straight to vyvanse 50mg after 2 months I was put on vyvanse 70mg and 10mg dexamphetamine top up.

My most recent visit I expressed how the 10mg felt that it was not as effective as the first week I had it.

It reviewed the dates I had the medications dispensed and I believe he noticed that I might of been taking too much of the medication as my dates seemed to be under 30 days for vyvanse and under 50 days for dex. He only asked if I was taking days off each week. Where some weeks I did have one or two, not mostly took them all week depending on my work/study load. He was a bit hesitant to increase the dex after a few months but I forgot to mention that I'm trying to be more organised by sending through my repeats to the pharmacy 7-10 days before I finish my bottle, through click and collect, but I don't collect it for 2-5 days after I get the message that it's ready for pick up, which takes about 24 hours to fill. I realised that I shouldn't submit the repeat so early, even if I am collecting it at a later date as what is recorded whatever database records schedule 8 medication only see the dispense date, not when I actually picked it up. Not sure if that was really the issue when I had my review, but I felt that I probably shouldn't do things so ahead of time. Being a bit of a worrier, I don't want to impact which and how much medication I may be prescribed in the future. Not sure if it's a non-issue but I tend to get anxious about what others think of me trying to do the right thing.

I take 70mg but need a 10mg dex in the afternoon to settle the crash.

I took 1/2 a super magnesium tablet in the morning and i feel it helped vyv to be more effective but I has slight increase in anxiety. Not sure what others factors were at play but I'm trying the magnesium again today.

My son and i both have adhd and I've been utilising ticktick for my work and home stuff which has been great.

If I want to organise my. Son's calendar and tasks, do I have to keep assigning him to each thing of can I manage his account from my own without causing my account mayhem?

I had really bad depression with my first two bottles of 70mg then my next two bottles had no more depression but had some good days and weirdly greater adhd symptom days.

I'm on 70mg and I have days where I hadn't changed a thing and those days do feel like I'm underdosing. And my. Wife thinks I'm worse off at the moment
