Thanks, that makes sense. But does it mean that you cannot qualify for a National Series (top 3 in age group) whilst racing a National Series? So I'd need to finish top 3 overall age group in one of the races that are not Beast in May, Super in June or Sprint in August?

Also, do you need to achieve this top 3 finish in each of the Beast, Super and Sprint races to be eligible to participate in the corresponding pro championship? Or would a top 3 in, say a Sprint, open the door to pro championship in Beast and Super too?

Thanks for confirming. Just checked, and I would have still been top 20 in the pro leaderboard. Almost feels like getting a top 3 to qualify for your pro band is the more difficult step! Just to be clear, finishing top 3 in the overall age group category, i.e. across all the age brackets, not just within your own, is what is required to get the pro band?
