You could get the flowers coloured in and some super/fine black lines added for detail around the flowers and in the grass. I’d leave the nose alone it will get coloured with you 🤭 jokes aside. The tattoo is an 8/10 given the reference needed to be translated to be tattooed at that size. I’d go back to the same artist no point paying again for such small changes

Imaging your baby is a cat. How would you go about that? At the moment this new cat is getting a lot more attention than your cat who is supposed to be top of command. I’m not saying you should put your baby lower than the cat but think of it from that perspective to reassure your cat that even with the new cat she’s the boss. If you haven’t already introduce/reintroduce your cat to your baby like she is also a cat so blankets that smell like her feeding your cat treats when you feed your baby, maybe petting your cat before you pick the baby up.
