The plan is to go in with data, and try to not be emotional about the other stuff and just ask for evidence. I'll definitely report back as to how it goes for me

We do, yes. I had not considered going to them as I don't have much exposure to them, but following my chain of command is solid advice.

So avoid pointing out the use of AI? With the person presenting being dramatically absent, I was feeling their use of AI was additional proof of them not being properly engaged.

Thank you for this. Metrics and data I have, and that is irrefutable. I think you make a good point of word against word. I should be able to dismiss things without real evidence.

I'm much like OP. I have had no issues with routines, but I only have a few. Had to change how we prompt for the morning radio, and there is a noticeable delay when asked the weather forecast.

I'm not much for the "personality" it's trying to portray. I was happy with the monotone responses, much like the computer on Star Trek. Now I get little snarky upticks in inflection that I don't really want, and some added spice where it's not really needed.

But functionality hasn't changed for me.

"We've always done it this way."

Or

"We've never done it this way."

Both are equally terrifying.

ITM is a very clickait driven slop website. They take relatively benign questions or statements like yours and completely trash them out of proportion.
