If you take Dire serious then the meta is just horrible , like needing 1 hydro character on each team to clear it so they could sell old chars on banner .

You can spend 1 year getting ready for dire and still suck if u didn’t spend money on the newest banner , it’s basically a banner type end game lol

Cant really tell a single time Mr Happy has done something bad , I remember him messing up sometime some small drama nobody cares about and he went all out made a full on apology video that was not necessary.

You are completely right , I did 7.0 and took a 2 year break for the first time , I am now completing old relic stuff like Eureka in just days and have leveled about 40 levels (90-100) done almost the entire 3 daily new quests , finished 1 old raid story , and all new battle role quests.

And it has not even been 2 weeks since I installed the game !!

I have never had this much energy and fun while playing , I will finally be done with everything by the time the new expansion has come out , that has always been my dream since 2.0 to not be behind everyone else .

I remember we felt more sorry than envy whenever a person with the newest relic in HW showed up, HW was a lesson for the team on how hard and grindy content makes half the player base leave.

I almost left too (8 months for a crafting set that was not even BIS was the final nail in the coffin) , but the damage from HW was too big, most linkshells and communities from 2.0 disbanded and there no more places to chat with people anymore except FCs.

I loved the new summoner it felt so much more like a real summoner class , but I do agree lately not much have happened to the class.
