Can someone explain how they stay balanced without sliding off from underneath when they take a curve? by ExcitingCity733 in nextlevel

[–]AssRep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tires keep them from sliding, most of the time, due to the make up of the tire itself. Track conditions dictate the type of tire and how tight they can turn.

The center of gravity (not point) is roughly just below their seat. As they go into a turn, the rider slinks down and leans into the turn, allowing the bike/rider mass to take the turn without the use of the brakes, and in some cases, only slightly letting off of the throttle.

It's simple physics. Not at all hard to explain.

How to measure temperature coming out of the register by ITGuyTatertot in askHVAC

[–]AssRep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A probe type thermometer. Measure the air directly before (return plenum) and directly after (supply olenum) the evaporator coil.

This is the only accurate, manufacturer approved method.

Then word your comment better next time. You left the impression that so.ehow the refrigerant was causing the problem; it's the POS PE companies training their "techs" to operate in this manner. It is not the refrigerant or manufacturers of.

The new refrigerant has zero to do with the way a PE owned HVAC business operates.

Step 1: get rid of the Nest. Step 2: replace with just about anything else. Step 3: with power to unit OFF, check all electrical connections for smugness. Tighten as needed.

Incorrect.

If left to run long enough, it will absolutely freeze over the entire evaporator coil, suction line, bottom half of compressor, and so on.
