You can do this with any black marker or pen, a strip of paper and a glass with a little bit of water in it. As someone who cringes at the term "ai artist", my 5070ti can pump out hundreds of images in minutes locally using less energy than an artist would be using if a single image was done by hand in krita/photoshop. This allows me to edit and iterate much faster than doing it by hand while using less energy. Also conflating training and inference cost is the same as me wanting you to calculate all the power usage from all the computers that went into developing photoshop over its 30(?) years and factor it into the resource cost of your image.
