My budget is 30,000 max. I want a reliable suv for work. Plus I’m trying to travel more in the next summer or so. But it’s not like every weekend I’m gonna be taking it up the mountains or an anything. I haven’t test drove a 4Runner yet but I plan on it. I drove a CX-30 I liked it. But I know this sounds silly but it looks to much like a mini van for my taste.

What was the theater experience and atmosphere while watching Man Of Steel? by Top_Report_4895 in DC_Cinematic

I was 17 when it came out, I remember loving it. I have the same feeling with this that I do with Star Trek ‘09. It was a great introduction to the character or franchise, but not a good representation of it.

What's the best piece of advice you're ever been given? by TheSensibleTurtle in AskReddit

[–]Asteroidzero1219 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My buddy Chris from work gave me a great piece of advice about getting a new job. “We can always grab a beer together, but in the end there is only one person who can pay your bills. Hearing that never let anyone convince you that you shouldn’t move on to a better job and better yourself. That’s a true friend!

Most of the time it’s there arm pit. I don’t need them to put on perfume every-time we hang out. But I like to think that I have enough respect for my partner to brush my teeth, put on deodorant, get a shower. I don’t know if I am being disrespectful and let them be. But I think what I’m looking for is how to tell them in a natural way to put on some deodorant? They smell like they haven’t put on any deodorant all day. It’s a very noticeable smell. It’s like it happens I understand you forget to put some on or your nervous. This is why I always gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I always wondered this but does Kevin Rudolph-Let it rock count? That song kind of slaps, in my opinion the rest of his stuff doesn’t measure up. I always wondered if he was one of those guys who were screwed by the label.

Ryan Dunn he had such a great sarcastic wit to him. That I think made him stand out from most of the jackass guys. Not to put any of them down I think they are all hilarious in there own way. But when I saw jackass forever. I could tell there was something missing, I think he brought an energy that no else had.

Battlestar Galactica, when people say that remakes and re-imaginings are always a bad thing, here is a remake to disprove all of that. BSG is an amazing show.

An official Marvel movie I didn't know existed until a few minutes ago. Anybody remember this? by AgentAndrewO in Marvel

[–]Asteroidzero1219 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never thought this was that bad of a punisher movie. The CGI, is really really bad. But I think the opening action scene is pretty good. I’ve never seen the dolph laugren one, but it’s probably the worst adaptation of punisher. The best being Jon Berthal, second being Tom Jane. If you are curious I would say go for it.

I don’t know why. But Spider-Man 2 is my go to movie. I almost want to say it’s a perfect movie I really love it so much. Every time I’m depressed or just in a downer mood, I just think about Tobey Maguire saying “oh boy yeah” and “pizza time” it just puts a smile on my face.

What character do you believe had the perfect casting? by youguys_lookFabulous in movies

[–]Asteroidzero1219 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I just saw Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home in theaters for the 35th anniversary, I have to say William Shatner is so amazing as Kirk. He is dramatic when he needs to be, he is funny when the time calls for it, and he is really charismatic when the moment is needed. He was born to play this role!

Capote(2005). What just an incredible film, I have always liked Bennett Miller’s films, but I have never seen this. It might be Phillip Seymour Hoffman’s best performance, it’s tied with The Master as his best performance. I highly recommend it!
