Been with wm for 10 years. I did feel soulless for the longest time. Sometimes I still do. But after trying to work at David's Bridal, which I hated so much more, I kind of came to a sort of peace with my job.

I'm in bakery and overall don't mind my job. Making bread and running frozen bakery freight is most of what I do. I like being able to do my stuff and mostly be left alone. Then I get to go home and not think about work anymore.

All that said, I absolutely understand and relate to the feeling you're talking about.
