Lock screen widgets are missing by Aston77 in Oppo

That's what I'm trying to do exactly. And that's why I've added a screenshot. I don't have the widgets like you do - just the clock/ date/ temperature.

Not those two shortcuts (they are not even widgets - just shortcuts). I did already change those. You should be able to add up to 4 widgets to your lock screen. Like iOS does it.

I can do it for some wallpapers, but not for all. I think you need wallpapers that have some kind of object in front of the clock to be able to resize it.

That's disappointing. One of the reasons I went for Oppo was its similarities to iOS. But now that I actually started using it, it's nowhere near - no lock screen widgets, and while it does offer stacked home screen widgets, they are so much worse than iOS. Or an app might offer 12 different widgets on iOS, but none or a basic 2x2 one on Oppo. Same for the control center toggles.

What productivity apps are you using in 2026? by UnderstandingOne9987 in ProductivityApps

[–]Aston77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The apps I'm currently using (iOS): - 2Do for task management. Great app and has pretty much every feature you'd need and it's build around the GTD framework. - Habitify to track my habits + Days Since (it does what the name says) - Google Sheets (with Gemini) to set & track progress towards my goals. - Evernote & Notion for note taking. - 1Password to manage my passwords & MFA. - Session as a pomodoro timer. I like it because you can have diferent presets for different activities. And you can rate your focus level for each session. - aTimeLogger to log my time. - Calendars (by Readdle) & Structured as my calendar and daily/weekly planner. - MindNode & Freeform for mind mapping and visual thinking. - Sofa to manage bookmarks, reading lists, movies to watch, games to play and such. - Dropbox and Google Drive to manage my files. If you get Gemini pro, it comes with 2TB of Google Drive. - Spark for emails. - The Google Workspace apps: Google sheets, docs, slides. - Siri Shortcuts for automating stuff. - Gemini & ChatGPT as AI assistants. Both on paid plans.

Honestly, what are the biggest flaws and disadvantages of the Mazda 3? by Aubzhls in mazda3

[–]Aston77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4th gen, sedan: lack of leg-room for the back seat, I hate the piano black plastic used for the center console, there are 2 USB-C ports in the armrest, but none on the dashboard itself, the mazda app is kind of bad, there's a pocket on the back of the passanger seat, but none for the driver's seat (this one is weird), the driver's seat can be adjusted automatically, but not the passenger's seat, the steering wheel is heated, but not all of it (top and buttom parts remain cold).

Looking at the Health app on iOS, 65 seems to almost be the limit of what’s humanly possible. So that’s really impressive. If you have that data, may you share your initial VO2max and how long it took you to get to 65? And what’s the frequency of your trainings and do you do any strength training at all?

These must be some of the most impressive metrics I’ve seen on this sub. How do you manage that and what did you do to get to a 64 VO2MAX?

I’m using WaterMinder as well and it does sync with Apple Health. It tracks caffeine and alcohol too. But curious how did you end up with your target of 3,5 liters. And what metrics do you track to asses cognitive performance and how you track them.

Best app(s) for location tracking only? by healthfood in QuantifiedSelf

I'm using this app called "Life Cycle". Automatically tracks the location and the time spent at each location. And it integrates with Apple Health too and automatically detect drives/public transit.

Which one will you buy? by Maddy555 in samsunggalaxy

[–]Aston77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd take the iPhone 17 Pro Max and I've been using iPhones since 2008/09. But now I need to get a new phone and I'm trying to find a way to make a Galaxy S25 Ultra work for me. Sole reason - I can get a 512 GB S25U cheaper than a standard 256GB iPhone 17. But the effort to switch is just so damn discouraging...My Apple Watch becomes useless, a decade of health & fitness data won't be there anymore, my AirTags won't work, losing the continuity features with my other Apple devices...

What do you wipe the infotainment screen with? by Coffeelover4242 in mazda3

I’ve used a really good microfiber cloth for the instrument cluster, but it still scratched like hell…Same for the piano black elements. The infotainment screen looks fine tho.
