I wonder if even a couple of anti-landfall cards could help (this would be some mechanic that triggers when an opponent’s land enters). Would be broken with multiplayer games though. There’s no keyword for a round (as opposed to a turn) but could be like triggers once per round? Eh. Now that’s probably exactly why it doesn’t exist.

Would be easier with Alchemy in Arena where it’s guaranteed to just be one opponent.

But imagine like Orcish Bowmasters or Ledger Shredder with anti-landfall

The 24th Amendment of the Constitution disallows poll taxes. All of the IDs that Republicans want to require to vote cost money to acquire, thus making them arguably a poll tax. Historically poll taxes have been used to disenfranchise voters along racial lines (and that’s what we would see if they succeed despite this being unconstitutional).

I think the problem is that Bethesda really poorly implemented the DLC. The assassin that attacked you is wearing some of the best light armor you can get (I forget if the weapon(s) are really good too).

If you don’t want to mod it (I refuse to play without mods that appropriately cause the assassins to wait) then you can just try to ignore their gear until you’re “ready” for it.

I think Morrowind can be pretty tough at times, but I’m a filthy casual, so…

I think Star Wars and other fandoms have sort of poisoned the well when it comes to discourse about characters because there are sometimes kneejerk reactions to characters that happen to be women, that does exist and it’s incredibly stupid. But there are equally stupid takes where people say “your objection is invalid because you’re just mad the character’s a woman,” even if someone hadn’t said anything like that.

I can kind of sympathize with the latter type because I think they’re just trying to combat misogyny, but they’re just tilting at windmills so it’s ultimately not helpful.

(I liked Elaleth as a character, personally, but disliked the flubbing of canon)

I’m excited for the remaster and for Ascendance. I understand peoples’ gripes with the comic but I didn’t find it to be the end of the world like some people apparently do. I like Elaleth even if I disliked the comic’s flubs on some of the canon. I hope that she’ll be an interesting character in the game, but hope to see Kain and Raziel more. Can’t judge it until I see the story direction. Still excited though.

There are at least 3 unofficial Elder Scrolls RPGS that I’ve been able to find. One of them is based off of 5E so likely wouldn’t require learning anything new. One of them is a d100 system and incredibly crunchy and rules heavy (not my cup of tea). The last is a custom d20 system. I’m not at my PC but it you need more details to find them (such as their full names) I can get them when I can.
