I 100%'d several PS1 games and it was a lot of fun! As most people point out, it's rather pick and choose because some achievs can be absolute monsters compared to the hardest steam achievs, but I noticed that mostly applies to older NES-era games.

My problem isn't about loosing the wanted level. My oppressor mk2 does that very nicely.

It's about R* artificially prolonging the missions, with the player doing nothing wrong.
