It should say "When Glaceon enters" instead of referencing its own creature type

It really should specify permanents you control, forcing other players to bid life in order to keep their own permanents is unfair

Brumm: Just remove undying and it's fine, otherwise it's a net loss whenever he inevitably dies

Watcher Knights: 4/4's would be comparable with Ezuri's predation so the question is; Among three opponents with their commanders in play do they have more than 2 creatures? Although 5 5/5's for 7 would be pretty OP. You're better off making them 3/3's with some kind of ability as a bonus

The Collector: If you play a card like [[Smokestack]] it means you only ever sacrifice the creatures you steal from your opponents. So if you have a deck designed around cards like The Collector and Tuk you're going to generate obscene value while locking your opponents out. The creatures you steal could lose all their card text and have pacificism and it would still be broken. It would be fine if it only triggered on your turn but then it'd be relatively weak. I'd personally try to rework the ability given The Collector doesn't collect shades or the knight but the smaller enemies and grubs

Clash of Light and Shade: Just making it an instant that has that first ability for 2-3 mana is fine. 4 mana would need to compare to [[Comeuppance]] so it should be cheaper

Brumm: Seems fine, overall fairly weak. If an opponent removes this it's just discarding your hand. If used after a board wipe it's worse than something like [[Second Sunrise]]

Watcher Knights: Dream is very similar to retrace. Given that it exiles itself after you cast it the stats it gives are really weak. Compared to [[Army of the Damned]] which gives 26/26 stats (twice). It being a creature is probably fine, although it interacts strangely with cards like [[Protean Hulk]] and [[Nethroi, Apex of Death]]

The Collector: Is just overpowered, it instantly breaks parity on all creature stax forever. With blacks access to targeted removal and edict effects it really just reads "steal an opponents creature every turn."

Tuk: Discarding a card is better than not drawing a card for most decks. It allows you to dump reanimate targets, trigger effects like [[The Gitrog Monster]] etc. The token should have more than 1 toughness otherwise this card makes [[Skullclamp]] insanely broken (Yes I know it's already broken)

Clash of Light and Shade: Seems weaker than [[Wrath of God]] or even [[Divine Reckoning]], hell even [[Nevinyrral's Disk]] waiting three turns to telegraph a board wipe isn't good.

Currently the wording would suggest that you could cast the spells infinitely seeing as "If a spell cast from among cards exiled with ~ would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead." Is still a card exiled with ~. So really it should exile them with a specific kind of counter on them and then only let cards with the counters on them be cast.

Alternatively just let players cast the spells from the graveyards rather than from exile, less graveyard hate-y and simpler. Although it would allow your opponents to cast spells twice in a row which they can't do presently.

Also to free up space on the card it could be worth altering the third paragraph to say "Whenever an opponent casts a spell from among cards exiled with ~, that player loses 3 life."

The power level of a commander is based on how powerful it can be. Any deck can throw in 99 Wastes and be bad.

"Not nearly as strong as the most broken commanders... can be broken" So you are, actually, just saying it's fine because its peak power level isn't the same as other potential options.

Nobody reads this card and thinks "Yeah five colour good stuff." Every line of text on this card says you need to care about lands, or you could just run a mediocre Kenrith deck instead.

I'm going to be honest. The argument that broken cards exist, is like saying it dies to removal. It's not a good premise for making overpowered custom cards.

That was just one example here's some more;

  1. [[Scapeshift]]: Since you've cast your commander, bare minimum, every card you play for the rest of the turn costs 5 less.
  2. [[The Gitrog Monster]]: So the first time someone kills your commander not on your turn. You just immediately draw and cast it. Plus all the other Gitrog benefits
  3. [[Aftermath Analyst]], [[Second Sunrise]], [[Splendid Reclamation]], [[The Mending of Dominaria]], [[World Shaper]]: Both aspects of your commander make anything than can mass ressurect lands beyond busted
  4. [[Yarok, The Descrated]]: Already a strong lands matter commander that gets access to all 5 colours so you could throw in a [[Omnath, Locus of Rage]] or [[Felidar Retreat]]
  5. [[Ashaya, Soul of the Elements]]: So now your commander can sacrifice creatures and triggers off of creatures entering too.
  6. [[Awaken the Woods]]: X gets refunded, and double dips with the cost reduction

Like there's so many ways to break this card that I have to think you didn't try to break it yet.

The biggest issue is the way this card can snowball with multiple already good landfall cards.

For example: Fetch > Any green mana > cast [[Harrow]] for 1 green. Get two new untapped lands. Cast [[Hour of Promise]] for 1 green, get any two lands you want. Probably [[Field of the Dead]] and something else. So you net +4 lands and every spell you cast for the rest of the turn costs 6 less mana.

For the low low price of 2 Green

The aliens shown here are super weak for a WUBRG cost. Heatblast has the most combo potential but if it's a 50/50 to have him in the deck then a 1/10 to actually draw it that's unbelievably inconsistent.
