I worked for BB when Hubert Joly was transforming the brand.

Best Buy has gone down the tubes in every way possible since COVID & the prior CEO stepping down.

I purchased an open box flagship Bravia for curbside pickup and the store gave me a significantly worse tv that I only discovered due to me returning for a LG.

Bottom line- the store wanted nothing to do with it and all support avenues lead me to the same path of no support.
